Why is international shipping so expensive?
- Due to inflation and Covid, international shipping has increased and it more expensive, I try to make the shipping as cheap as possible for all my consumers without me paying out of pocket so I do apologise. But the more items you order the more money you save on shipping in the long run. But it also depends on what you order, and the weight of the product.
I think package is lost and I'm worried, what do I do?
- If your package is lost due to the current situation of the pandemic shipping can be halted. But if its been 1-2 months, please don't hesitate to go to Contact, or DM us on our instagram page. We will then discuss the issue there.
When will my order ship?
- If your waiting for your order to ship, please do be patient due to the current situation of the pandemic, i'm unable to go out all the time to post so I will post all my packages all together either Wednesdays or Saturdays. I will update on my instagram page via IG Stories.
I want to get an item but the preorders are out of stock! Will it be restocked?
- When an item is up for preorder it is just for preorder and those who fill the slots get the item at a preorder price and get guaranteed the best graded items. There will be an instock sale once the product is on hand of which I will update and sell. So don't worry you will be able to purchase the product unless its out of stock, then ill try my best to restock it!
I've preorders a bag but I also want to purchase another item in the shop but I'd like them to be sent together to save on shipping costs, can I do that?
- Yes! Combining orders are easy just send us an email at: [email protected] with your order numbers and we will work out a new shipping for you then refund you the remaining the amount or give you store credit/option to use the remaining balance towards another item.
I've recieved customs on my order, can I reclaim it?
Sadly not, We are not responsible for any custom charges that are implimented on your order from your end. We send all orders within a minimum and a gift to try and prevent custom chargers, but due to constant changes in prices sadly sometimes it cannot be stopped.
