Shipping Time
Estimated arrival time after an item has been shipped are:
UK: 3-7 Business Days
International: 1-4 Weeks (Depending on where you are in the world and your curent shipping policies)
Response Time
This store is ran by a single full time student and may take some time to reply to emails or DMs to deal with issues on orders or questions, so please refer to the Policies on our site or our FAQ section for any questions. We try to get to your emails as soon as possible, we apologise for any delay.
We do ask you be patient and do not open a dispute with our store. If you cannot wait patiently, we kindly ask for you not to shop with us.
Emailing
We do ask for you not to harass us by spamming our emails and backing up other customers emails too, we ask that you be patient and understand it may take a while for us to get through the emails.
We try to respond to all of our emails within a 24 hour window period but sometimes it may expand to 48 hours so please be mindful of this.
Lost Shipping
If your package gets lost, we unfortunately are not liable for replacing your order, please do keep in mind we are a small business and it would be impossible to replace all lost mail. Please reach out to your local postal service (We post through Royal Mail) and work with them on finding your package.
Custom Payments
Due to VAT and changing in tax. If you purchase through my website and your from the EU, you may face custom fees. I cannot cover these for you as I have stated to purchase through my etsy if your from the EU to counter this. Please cover the custom fees yourself and sorry for the inconvenience. In future please buy through my etsy.
Preorders
Due to being a preordered item, we currently do not have it in stock until it is manufacturred and sent to us, this means wait times could be from 1-6 months. Due to Covid-19 and Brexit shipping has been delayed hugely and this can cause even more of a backlog on any preorders, so please keep this in mind.
Benefits of preordering confirms you that item before it even is purchaseable through the store and most preorders items will be one time drops, meaning you wont be able to get it again and its essentially 'rare'.
We do not accept cancellations of preorders as they are final sale orders. You are contributing to funding the product and you are securing a spot. Please only preorder an item if you are 100% and are happy to accept the wait time while the product is in production and shipping.
If a preorder is cancelled by us, we will issue a full refund to everyone who had preordered due to not meeting the goal.

International Shipping with Covid-19
Due to Covid-19 many countries dont allow shipping and packages into their countries still due to the virus, so please check the Royal Mail International incident bulletin to check that your country can accept packages and letters from the United Kingdom.
