Refund Policy

Refunds 

Here at MeibeStudio we have a strict NO REFUND or RETURN POLICY on all items- instock and preordered. Which means once the goods have been received you cannot return them unless they are broken- then you contact us via INSTAGRAM DM or EMAILS, or if the preordered item isn’t produced then you will receive a refund due to the cancellation.

If you need a product update on preorders or unsticks or have questions about your order you can email us at [email protected] or DM us on instagram, or go to the 'CONTACT' section of our store. But we do ask that you are patient and don’t open a dispute upon your order as this store is ran by a singular student. 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too and we will try and send the refund through as soon as possible once the order has passed eligibility for a refund.

 

Damaged Items or Wrong Items

When you receive your order please inspect it and contact us straight away if the item is damaged or defective or if you have received the wrong item. Then we can sort the issue out right away and get you the correct item or a better quality item.

Show proof of order aswell as recipt, cannont replace items are 1 month of having it within your possession.

 

Exceptions and Non-returnable Items

Items which cannot be returned, for example perishable goods- (such as food, plants or flowers), custom products such as personalised items or special orders and personal care goods such as beauty products.
